What You Will Need

All participants will need to have achieved Level 1 in the craft they will paddle. We cannot take anyone that has not achieved this level as we will be using the river with commercial boats.
All participants need to be able to swim 50m (hopefully this will not need to be demonstrated)
All participants can’t be afraid of the dark, boogie monsters, or having a good time.
A canoe or kayak, paddle, PFD, regulation compliant helmet (Note: All water craft have to display a white light front and a flashing rear)
Drink bottle
